one-of-a-kind. Last September, Hurricane Ike blew through here bringing down lots of trees and limbs. As I was cleaning up all the debris, I was struck by how sad it seemed to just burn all this wood that had just the day before been a part of my yard. So I am using the wood -- which I have renamed Ikewood -- to create perches for the cats and sculptures to show off the beauty of the wood. These will start appearing on the site in the coming weeks and will continue to be added as they become complete.
